Anything that involves a ladder and specialty tools we normally send 2 technicians for safety and vehicle assistance. 

Jobs requiring us to process a COI will be charged a day rate. 

Jobs after 5pm and on weekends are charged with O

- up to 2 hrs of work only 

- for small quick jobs

- cash only 

- up to 4 hrs of work usually starts at 9am or 1pm 

- succeeding hours will be billed after

- If technician has another appointment he will need to leave after 4 hrs

- Up to 7 hrs of work usually 9am-5pm with 30 min break

Jobs in Manhattan and High traffic areas will be charged a parking fee
